Problems installing SPTD version.

Hi,

I recenly bought Alcohol 52%, which requires SPTD to install. The problem is that when I try to, and theinstaller prompts me to reboot, I only get a black screen after the Windows XP loading scree, when account selection should be.

I queried the matter with Alcohol-soft support staff, who determined the problem was with SPTD and directed me here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you use newest available SPTD layer version 1.40? (See sticky thread).

No, version 3.9.

I think what digger is saying, is try with 1.40 and see if you still have the same problem, later versions of SPTD often resolve problems with earler versions.

Tried with 1.40, and got the same problem.
