SPTD 1.35 Error Code 4

I recently installed SPTD 1.35 and found it was giving an error in the system event log. The subsequent install of Daemon Tools gives me errors about no controller. Any help is appreciated.

Error code: 4 "Driver detected an internal error in its data structures for ."

There seems to be something wrong with Daemon Tools installation.

This error appeared in the system event log before the DT install and is for SPTD. I thought that maybe the two required each other, which is why I tried to install DT. After that didn't work, I figured out that SPTD was it's own thing, which is why I posted here. Removing SPTD, rebooting, reinstalling, and rebooting again doesn't solve it...

Do you have other software installed using SPTD layer (e.g. Alcohol)?

No Alcohol, and when I run your installer, it says "No SPTD version was detected", so I guess not. Is there another way to be sure?
