SPTD Developing

Hello,

i am wondering how i can use the SPTD driver for my programs. I am a single programmer and developing a small program for handling dvd drives. Is there any documentation about the SPTD driver or how can i use it ? It is only for licensing and yes how much will it cost, or is there as simple license for developers without commercial interests?

but unfortunately for a single programmer there are not many chances.

we are interested to work only with large corporations who might be interesting for us from a commercial point of view.
