Fix for Vista x64 4gb ram long boot time?

Does anyone have a solution for the long boot time after installing SPTD 1.6 (included with daemon tools)?

Restarts take forever.

The system I'm using is:

ECS P35T-A motherboard
Core2Duo E8400 45nm cpu
4gb DDR2-800 ram
Radeon 4850 video card

Vista x64 Ultimate Edition

Does anyone have a 64bit vista that boots as fast as before SPTD installation?
