  • Help!system bsod with sptd.sys

My system crashed (BSOD) many times randomly.this only occours when windows is being boot at the step of checking disks.About 1 of 50 the windows will bsod.

I debuged the minidumps with windbg, and it suggested the crash is caused by sptd.sys.my serval dumps all show that DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID is DRIVER_FAULT and
driver fail at sptd+0x11343.they crashed in a similar way. I did google it but I cannot find whoever has the same problem as mine.I don't know what the exact reason is,is it a software collision? or is it a hareware problem?
I think this problem dosnt relate to virus, because I reinstall the windows it still bsod randomly when system is booting and checking the disks.and i upgrade the sptd many times from 1.55 to 1.61,this problem still exist

my system is windows XP SP3 SIMPLFIED CHINESE VERSION
    My hardware info:
    CPU:AMD ATHLON 3600+ NO OVERCLOCK
    MOTHERBOARD:BIOSTAR TF550 SE (NORTHBRIDGE is NF550)
    MEMORY:KINSTON DDRII 667 1GB X2
    GRAPHIC :nvidia 7600gs
    TWO HARDDISKs
    WESTERNDIGITAL 6400AAKS 640GB SATA
    WESTERNDIGITAL 2500AAJS 250GB SATA

PLEASE CHECK THIS,the minidumps has been sent to support@duplexsecure.com.
    THANK YOU.
