  • Invalid 32 bit file

    Hello,

I am using Video Redo and was directed to your site to download a file. I
have a Windows 7 64 bit machine and I downloaded the appropriate version
of SPTD. When I tried to run it, I received an error that the temporary
internet file was not a valid 32 bit file. Should I just download and
install the 32 bit file or is there another solution?

    Thanks

Re-download the installer, it seems to be corrupted.

I redownloaded the installer but get the same error when attempting to run, ie SPTD-inst-174-x64.exe is not a valid Win32 application. Any other thoughts on what I can do to resolve the install issue?

Download it without any download manager or accelerator.

Can you please explain how to download without a download manager or accelerator? I am using Firefox and I have it downloaded on my computer HDD. When I try to run it, then I receive the error. I don't believe I am using a download manager or accelerator but maybe, I'm a computer noob...

Oops, never mind. I was able to get the file to successfully install. I deleted the previously downloaded versions plus temporarily shut off anti virus software. Thanks for your time and assistance!
