incomplete download

have Win 7 x64
latest Zonealarm
when downloading either file the download abruptly stops and at most approximately 56K to 125K +/- is received.
no error messages or indications of a problem
I have download hundreds of files of all types since buying computer and have never had this problem.
suggestions?

Rarely downloads from duplexsecure site interrupts unexpectedly and the file remains incomplete. I can confirm this...
